Lumenaut runs with Excel 2000 to 2010 on Microsoft Windows 2000 to Windows7. 

Troubleshooting

A guide to solving the most common installation and execution issues.

Uninstall

 First close Excel, then go to

Windows > Start >  All Programs > Lumenaut > Uninstall

or

Windows > Start > Settings > Control Panel

Lumenaut Menu Disappears or Runs Strangely

Either  Lumenaut's menu disappears, or the message "De-select cell contents or chart to proceed" appears regularly. This happens when Excel disables one of Lumenaut's Add-ins. This is nothing to be concerned about as Excel sometimes disables Add-ins when there is a general error during start up.

To enable your Add-ins for Excel 2007, and 2003.

General  Issues

 We are continually updating Lumenaut, if you have a particular issue, we recommend that the first thing you do is to re-download and install our current version, then try again.

If this does not solve the problem then check that your version of Excel has all patches and updates installed. You can do this by visiting Microsoft's Office Update site at :

http://office.microsoft.com/OfficeUpdate/default.aspx

Just follow their instructions, once you have made any of the required updates, please check to see if the problem persists.
