Lumenaut only runs with Excel and the Windows OS at the moment. 

Installation

 Full install instruction are available here and on the Readme.doc file that comes with the download setup file.

Uninstall

 First close Excel, then go to

Windows > Start >  All Programs > Lumenaut > Uninstall

or

Windows > Start > Settings > Control Panel

Lumenaut Menu Disapears or Runs Strangly

Either  Lumenau'st menu disapears, or the message "De-select cell contents or chart to proceed" appears regulary. This happens when Excel disables one of Lumenauts Add-ins. This is nothing to be concerned about as Excel sometimes disables Add-ins when there is a general error during startup.

To enable your Add-ins for Excel 2007, and 2003.

General  Issues

 We are continually updating Lumenaut, if you have a particular issue, we recommend that the first thing you do is to re-download and install our current version, then try again.

If this does not solve the problem then check that your version of Excel has all patches and updates installed. You can do this by visiting Microsoft's Office Update site at :

http://office.microsoft.com/OfficeUpdate/default.aspx

Just follow their instructions, once you have made any of the required updates, please check to see if the problem persists.
