What information do we collect?

Personally identifiable information (PII) is requested when you make an order or contact support for technical help. Other interactions with Lumenaut do not require PII, for example making a general inquiry, but may be collected if given by you.

How is this information used?

Lumenaut uses your PII to:

1. Process your product order
2. Confirm that you are a registered user of Lumenaut and thus qualify for support
3. Keep you informed of the latest product developments from Lumenaut. Customers may choose not to receive product information.

Lumenaut does not give out your PII to any external parties with the exception of our order processing contractor “Share-It� a software payment collection gateway.

Customers should note that Lumenaut may be required by law to disclose your PII, as the situation dictates.

We use Cookies to track individual site visits, all this does is let us know when an unknown individual visits our site again. We do not and cannot collect or store any PII information using a Cookie.

We may also record the web site you were referred from, your web browser type and operating system.

What security protection can I expect?

Lumenaut’s order processing contractor “Share-It� and PayPal uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. This protects your PPI, which includes credit card details, from interception when transmitted from your computer to the “Share-It� order processing computer.
