Bartlett’s Test of Homogeneity
of Variance
Used to test if the sample variances of multiple
samples are different. In ANOVA test below
one of the assumptions of each test is that
the variances of each sample are equal.
Singe Factor Analysis
of Variance (ANOVA)
Single Factor ANOVA tests whether the means
of two or more samples are different through
the use of the analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Two Factor Analysis
of Variance (ANOVA)
Tests whether the means of two or more samples
are different through the use of the analysis
of variance (ANOVA). Also tests whether the
means of two or more treatments are different.
The data is organized in a two-way classification
of treatments (rows) and samples (columns).
Tukey Kramer Test
Post Hoc test used to determine which sample
pairs are significantly different from each
other. It is commonly used after a Single
Factor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to determine
which sample pairs are responsible for a significant
result.
